I have been directly contacted by XS and got answers to my questions in a timely manner. We set up a call quickly to discuss the best approach for my move and got all the information I needed. I found the service very trustful and dealt with XS for my move. They keep on sharing details about where my packages are, including pictures before loading the ship, etc.

Best international moving experience Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Relocating from Hawaii USA to Durban South Africa turned into an absolute disaster with the initial moving company. Once they collected my shipment they started changing prices and their customer service was terrible. From the moment I contacted [name removed by Sirelo] and his team at Xsbaggage, they changed it from a disaster and literally saved the day. [Name removed by Sirelo] came to my rescue. I was flying during covid and I had already left Hawaii and heading to South Africa. I would highly recommend Xsbaggage for your next international move. Their attention to detail, customer service (despite the time difference), from their office staff to the sales team to the excellent movers was impeccable. Everyone was courteous, patient and made my relocation experience easy. My container shipment was sealed at pickup and unsealed at my home. Everything was intact with no damages to my possessions or to the boxes including my fragile items. I was happily surprised.

Pathetic experience going back and forth between different team members. They were very unresponsive and irresponsible as they took a long time getting logistics arranged for the move. I was told that initial turn around time based upon the services i chose, would be less than 5 days but once they received the payment, i had to wait for more than 2 weeks. Ultimately, when i received the shipment, 3 pieces of luggage appeared to have been mishandled and damaged to such an extent that i had to toss them in trash. I wish i could have avoided using their services. Please avoid using their services, if possible. I would not recommend, based upon my personal experience.

Everything was great, and they were very helpful. I would recommend, and I will probably use their service again..
Only problems were with long delays relative to the ETA (two weeks), and all the documents I submitted at the beginning didn't make it over to the local partner.
