I do not recommend this company. I paid for a service, and they did not provide it. I told them when I was traveling, and they set the date for pickup. They then changed the date several times expecting me to be available at a moment's notice. I told them my travel date was set. After a long back and forth, they agree to a partial refund. After months of no response, there is no refund and no service.

From the very beginning they were very knowledgeable and provided important information I needed to relocate to the UK. Guided me every step of the way and was charged exactly what I was quoted. Everyone there is very nice and didn’t mind all my questions. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Recommend if shipping overseas.

Price charged does not match with descriptions (requested service) on contract. Poor customer service. Blame customer on lack of knowledge on destination's Custom cleaning, shipping documentation and pick up charge. Requested for Door to Door, price charged was door to door, but service was Door to Port.

Out of the 4 quotes I received, theirs is the cheapest, second their timing and correspondent was perfect
