El personal que nos atendió fueron muy amables en todo momento nos trajeron el vagón a la hora que dijeron solo uno paga por el espacio que usa incluso pudimos llenar el vagón en menos espacio y nos rebajaron y devolvieron el sobrante del dinero y el vagón lo trajeron hasta antes de lo acordado.

U-Pack and ABF are two sister companies that work together I believe.
So efficient and professional from start to finish. Drivers and all other staff were friendly and very helpful. Moved our belongings from Florida to Ontario Canada without one single incident. Smoothest transaction ever.

They brought the trailers on time and gave me a company to load the trailers. They were picked up and stored for me for a month and and now preparing to move to me

I had used their service before without any issues but this time, my stuff did not leave the origin - Ottawa - for an entire week. The Ottawa staff said they were waiting for my customs declaration, which I submitted on Day 1. When I asked the guy to check again, he realized it had been there all along. I asked for compensation for their error and all they gave me was $200, out of $2800 that I paid. I felt this was an unfair amount.
Relatively cheaper than most.
They don't increase the charges before delivering.
Make screw up on this move.
