First Class Attentiveness! We recently enlisted the services of Valley Relocation & Storage, Inc. for our office relocation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional job they did. The pre-move coordination was flawless. Ron Roberson took the time to understand our needs. He provided us with a clear and comprehensive strategy, putting our minds at ease from the very beginning. He also knew the building we were moving out of and the building we were moving into and was able to provide us valuable information as to our furnishings.
This was a two-day move, and each move day the crew arrived punctually and worked tirelessly to ensure a swift and organized transition. The team's efficiency was remarkable, and their careful handling of our office equipment, furniture, and sensitive documents was truly commendable. Valley exceeded expectations that I had for a cross country move. I had heard horror stories about peoples belongings not only being damaged or destroyed but also held hostage until they were paid an additional fee. This team however change my opinion and showed me that if you go through a trusted comapny like valley and North American Van Lines, they will take care of you. The entire team of movers (on both ends of the move) and the support team back in the office was very professional, on time handled my belongs better than I would have if I had packed them, delivered on time, worked extremely hard, and I felt constant support throughout the move. I have already recommended this company and North American to others. If you are struggling to find a mover you can trust and read through all of the spam you get when you begin your search, look no further, this company is a easy choice. It was an absolute joy working with the entire Valley Relocation team! From start to finish, Ron and his team were responsive, involved, accommodating, and professional. Great experience with Valley Relocation. Carrie and Ron were great to work with. Used them for our company office move in downtown SF. They were familiar with building requirements which made for a smooth process. We had a few last minute changes which they adapted to and provided solutions for. Would 100% recommend them for your move. Reliable, responsive and professional service.
