We recently moved from New Jersey to Columbia, SC with US Prime Movers, and I want to give a big shoutout to our amazing team — Alex, Ura, and Nickolas. These guys were incredibly professional, hard-working, and respectful throughout the entire process.

The crew did an excellent job packing and loading everything with care — not a single item was damaged. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows.

The only downside was that the delivery took a little longer than expected. However, considering the price was fair and the service was solid, it was still a great value overall.

This was the worst move I ever had. Upon pick up truck didn't arrive until almost 530pm, then guy wanted me to do his job of writing everything down on inventory list. They didn't have straps in truck so when done loading they went to homedepot to get some. Went to storage 30 days , gave new address for storage in ohio ,told them needed a day notice because I had to meet them there to let them in facility but calked me at 5pm to say delivery would be at 9pm! Access ends at 9pm, so they said next morning at 8am ,Showed up at 8am they didn't show until 945am , how they packed truck caused boxes to be damaged and smashed, furniture was damaged, missing items ,thank god i took pics of inventory list because they gave me nothing upon pickup, delivery guys didn't have inventory list either turns out they contract out to other people ,I do not recommend this company at all !

I had a great experience with US Prime Movers for my move from Hoboken to Las Vegas. The team was professional, arrived on time, and delivered everything as promised. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and the customer service throughout the process was excellent—quick to respond and very helpful. Although one of our chairs arrived damaged, the claims department handled it efficiently and respectfully, resolving the issue without any hassle. It’s rare to find a moving company that delivers both quality service and accountability. I would definitely recommend US Prime Movers for any long-distance relocation.

We used US Prime Movers for our commercial relocation from New Jersey to California, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team showed up right on time, carefully packed all of our commercial equipment, and made sure everything was securely loaded for the cross-country trip. What impressed me the most was their efficiency and communication throughout the process. The price was firm with no surprise charges, and the delivery was made exactly as promised—on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend US Prime Movers and will absolutely be using them again for any future moves.

Please be aware of the poor services provided by US Prime Movers & VanLines, Inc. I strongly advise you to avoid using either of these companies as their communication, ethics, and professionalism are unacceptable. They are only interested in taking your money and misrepresenting themselves as reputable companies. I had to face a lot of trouble dealing with these companies regarding customer care. If you want your belongings to arrive in good condition, please think twice before using their services. You can review the attached images to see how badly they can damage your belongings. When I contacted US Prime Movers to report the damages, they responded via text message and not a direct call. As an intelligent reader, you can read between the lines.

We checked the images. I wanted to make sure you know. We handle customer items like our own. But unfortunately damages might happen during cross country move. I even damaged my own chair when I was moving my office desk from one room to another.

I just checked in our system that you have basic liability insurance. That means you don't have to pay Premium or Deductible.
Therefore all claims will be calculated as FREE insurance $0.60 per pound per article,
