I would recommend to everyone reading this, that they avoid Lulu's Hauling Inc. During a two part move in 2019 where we moved from a house to and office and an apartment using them for both jobs a ~week apart, over $10k of items were stolen from our house with surgical precision... that Lulu's Hauling staff were the only individuals with knowledge of their location and the timing of our move. The same items that were stolen were electronics and high end music gear we overheard Lulu's Hauling employees admiringly commenting about during the first part of our move. When we confronted Lulu's Hauling with our concerns and allegations their staff might be responsible for the theft, the manager got angry, defensive, and berated me. We filed a police report but none of the items were ever recovered. I had been a repeat customer of Lulu's, and thought they were expensive but worth it. Never again. I do not trust these people and will absolutely never use Lulu's Hauling again in the future.
