They were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, assuaged any questions or concerns I had. And your 100 character count requirement is ridiculous.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend. Shipped my dining room and lounge furniture from USA east coast to Singapore.
Sales process upfront was efficient and smooth, until they picked up the items from my place.
First, there was not much update of the shipping process, leaving me unnoticed for months. I had to email them several times to get a response of 'there's not much to update you about while the cargo is on the sea'. Fine. I understand.
Then, when my furniture arrived, two items were damaged and one could not even be fixed/used again. This is when the real nightmare began. I had to go back and forth with Lift and Shift, and Avalon Risk for more than a month to file my claims. The communication process was EXTREMELY chaotic. One would ask me for one document and another party would ask for another, and often repeatedly. When finally they all the documents needed, Avalon just told me 'there was no proof that the damage occurred during transit'.
Excuse me? I've provided the before and after picture of my furniture with great detail. I don't understand what kind of proof were they looking for. Me video-tapping how the furniture was actually damaged while the cargo with in the middle of the Pacific? WOOW. If they don't plan to accept my claims and reimburse anything, just tell me upfront loll. Don't waste my time filling out 5000 forms to file the claims. I'm not that free.
