The last two times they were anything but problems. Damage furniture, unceptable employees behavior and lost/stolen items like Hermes blankets( offer reimbursement for $24.- 0.60 cents per pound)art pieces, etc.
David Mor, the owner or anyone from OTM Never mentioned to add extra insurance to be cover.
They charge top dollars for top service… not the case anymore.
What a disappointment! I will never use them again!
