I scheduled my move with this company two weeks in advance and paid a $240 deposit. I was told there was a family emergency, and I completely understand that things happen. What’s not acceptable is being assured that a crew would still arrive, only to have a full no-show with no call, no text, and no attempt to follow up or reschedule.
Moves are time-sensitive, and being left with zero communication put me in a really difficult spot. I reached out immediately to request a refund, and I haven’t received a single response. The lack of accountability has been incredibly frustrating.
As a real estate agent who works with movers often, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.
