I was very satisfied doing business with US International Movers Inc. We moved from the US to Bulgaria. When they initially quoted me a lower quote than other competitors, and the included services were the same as other competitors, I was a concerned that there may have been additional fees that I had not known of. But after reviewing the quote, asking a multitude of questions to sales person Dan Cohen (who often responded within the same 24 hrs.), I decided to work with them.
After signing the contract we were introduced to operations manager Allen Gold. He also was prompt to answer any questions that I had.
The day that the movers were coming they were running a tad late as they had just completed another very large job. Allen kept me updated as to their location and estimated ETA. I was not bothered by this as I had left my day open in order to monitor the work. The movers who loaded our container were efficient and professional. There is a systematic way that items are tagged and loaded on to the truck so that you can keep track of your items when they are unloaded at the destination. Soon after loading our container, it taken to the port, Allen advised that our vessel was delayed by 1 week. This was out of the hands of US International Movers and we were charged at cost for the additional storage at the truck lot. Allen was also able to provide information for the vessel and the container, so that we could track them both online as they were in transit.
The combined knowledge from Dan and Allen was also able to save us money, by advising that since my wife was a returning citizen, then we could apply to avoid additional import tariffs to bring our items into the country.
The moving agent that helped us in Bulgaria was also very professional and also was available for any questions. When our delivery had arrived in Bulgaria (via Greece), my wife was advised that she needed to go to meet customs officers who wanted to do an inspection on our container. The container is sealed when it is loaded and it was only unsealed when my wife arrived and she confirmed that the serial number of the seal matched what we recorded in the US. It took about 2 hours and the truck was released and made it to the destination shortly after. These movers also worked efficiently and also provided a checklist of the tagged items so that I could systematically confirm everything was there as they unloaded.
Overall US International Movers Inc made efforts to walk us through the process to make the experience as stress-free as possible. The container was loaded on May 28, 2025, the vessel left the NY port with out container around June 8, arrived in Greece around July 21 and the shipment was unloaded at the destination on July 24. Their business partner here in Bulgaria continued the professionalism and I was happy that everything went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend their services to others.Read more

US International Movers was very helpful and knowledgeable on what is necessary to make a life changing move to Costa Rica. They did everything they could to ensure our shipment would arrive in a timely fashion without any customs delays. They also contracted just as competent company in Costa Rica who delivered ALL of our household goods right to our front door. I would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate outside of the United States.

I had contacted several moving companies for our international move. I had only a few boxes that needed to be shipped. When I contacted US International Movers Inc they got back to me very quick and within a couple of days we had set up a video chat to answer all my questions. Within a few hours I got a quote and it was very reasonable for the shipment we needed. Anytime I had any questions US International Movers Inc was very quick to respond and the responses were thorough. The guys that picked up my boxes were very courteous and quick. The shipment took about 2 months to go from the US to Germany. When the shipment got to Rotterdam, the team there was very quick to process everything. The guys who dropped off the boxes were awesome, very friendly and were in and out very fast. Nothing got damaged, everything made it safe and US International Movers Inc was so much cheaper than any other company that I had gotten quotes from. I would totally use US International Movers Inc again if I would have move back to the states. I really recommend this company.Read more
