I used them to move furniture from the Bronx and Manhattan to Puerto Rico and they were excellent. Arrived on time and packed everything perfectly and all arrived in one piece. I will used them again.

I have moved 4 times but never with this company I'd rather pay more than to ever deal with them this company ever again. they're trying to charge me in additional 25% . They won't tell you that unless you pay them for them to release your . I wanted to pay them The day they took my stuff. They wouldn't take my payments. So now for them in order to release my items I had to pay an additional 25% 'on' late payment fee. I will keep everyone posted and I'm making a YouTube video on this company Unprofessional behavior. I'm just gathering the rest of the facts.

I am outraged at the low quality customer service at Monti moving and storage. I will never spend my money at this place again! Not only did I have to wait three months for my storage to arrive, but when it FINALLY came, all of my personal property was DAMAGED in the process. They denied me compensation of refund, and I am disgusted by this service. This company needs to be shut down, never using this again !!!!!

When I was talking to the customer service on the phone the operator on the line was completely disrespectful. It took them 1 month to actually carry all of my stuff. And by the time ths movers actually came they throw my boxes down, with no care. My furniture was broken or scratched up. And the least they could do is re- pay me breaking all of my belongings, but they COULDN'T EVEN DO THAT. Tge WORST moving experience of my life, I reccomend to save your money and look somewhere else.

One star is to much for them. They the worst company. Horrible service...boxes get delivered broken. They dont care if the box says fragile they will throw your boxes around and deliver your merchandise broken no matter the cost or value in it the insurance will pay 50 bucks. Foot prints of shoe its left in the boxes show you how they handle the box. They dont care about anything but the money. Save yourself of headaches...look for a company that care about your belonging and care of the value you pay for your stuff.
