very professional and courteous moving outfit. Paul and Joe were great communicators as far as the estimate and logistics. they dropped off boxes in advance which was a huge help. Stephen ran his crew of 2 with military precision. efficient and clean!!! the guys had great attitudes and handled everything with care. i think their prices are fair and reasonable. customer service skills are a priority with this company.

Paul and his team provided excellent service during my recent long-distance move from New York City. The crews on both ends were professional and efficient, and they took excellent care of my belongings. I got quotes from several movers and Go To Moving offered the best rate by far. I would recommend this company to anyone moving within or from the New York area.

Go To is the best! From the moment I called everyone was courteous or professional. Paul was very polite and worked with my schedule. I was emailed the complete quote to be electronically signed. Immediately received my signed copy in a second email. Joe, Patrick and David arrived on time and didn't waste a moment. All were friendly, courteous and professional. They moved my mom's apartment from a second floor with an extremely narrow hall. Not a single scratch on walls when they were done. At the destination they asked where each item was to be placed.
Best experience with a move ever, will always use Go To. Highly recommend!

Eugene & Paul worked very hard to get our business. We worked out a reasonable rate with no real hidden fees, so we went with them for our move. Our situation required two moves, one to a storage facilities, and another a month later to our new home.
The first move was very impressive. The foreman, Serge, was outstanding, and the others worked very hard. Our furniture was packed quite professionally too. The final move started well, but the weather was a stifling 90 degrees so it was a hard slog for the workers.
So far so good. The reason I will never use these movers again & cannot recommend them is:
• Much of the furniture had dings after the move, and some of the walls were scuffed. The workers could have been more careful.
• There was a ladder that seemed to be missing. An email requesting them to check their truck got no response.
• There was a desk and a dining chair that was badly broken during the move, and we were advised to file a claim.
• The claim process is extremely and unnecessarily restrictive. We gave up on filing the claim when we saw all the hoops we need to go through, and cut our losses. I get the feeling they rely on this.Read more

I've lived in NYC for over 15 years and used four different moving companies during that time - Go To Moving were far and away the best. The movers arrived on time, were professional, and completed the move well ahead of my expectations. My belongings were professionally handled throughout the entire process, and Paul was constantly in communication with me to make sure the day went smoothly.
Compared to other companies I used, there were no surprises and I felt like I was in great hands. I will definitely be using this company again, and reccomend them to my friends in need of movers.
