I was Verbally attacked in my home by one of the workers. They moved things that were trash. Not what were supposed to be moved. Then The guy threaten to push me through a window... The Buffalo location is Totally Unorganized and unprofessional. As for the Higher ups. Sad Crew of People. I m a customer. They were paid for a job they didn't complete. I had to finish myself. ... I would NEVER AGAIN Use Diamond And there wrecking crew Again...

We recently moved after 13 years to a New home. We contacted this company for their moving services. The rates and service offering seemed well. So we booked. The booking was confirmed through Mark at HQ. However the actual moving service was horrendous!. There was a communication challenge as the movers did not speak English very well. So directing them was a big challenge. We contacted the office trying to connect with Mark and try to have the office speak to the movers - but we got no response via email or by phone. The movers were asked to remove their shoes or put on booties as the new home had new hardwood floors, we asked in x4 separate occasions but they continued to ignore the ask. Lastly we ended up with various items damaged including the cubbies in our $3,800 Samsung Smart fridge. We are very disappointed with the services provided by this company.

I found out at the beginning of June that my move to a better apartment building was going to happen at the end of the month. I received estimates for moving from other companies for over $2000 but they couldn’t do it because of such a short notice. I called Diamond and spoke with Elise. She set it up perfectly for me. They came on the date and at the time they said and packed it, moved it and unpacked it for almost half the cost of the other companies. Extremely professional people with great personalities. They made moving almost easy enough to be willing to do again.

We booked Diamond Moving to move us from Kenmore to Amherst. They arrived on time with a GIANT truck and 3 workers. The crew was VERY friendly and professional. We left them unattended and they handled everything perfectly in our absence. The job ran long and they had to come back today to finish up but they did a GREAT job. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing movers.

I moved from a second floor apartment to a one-story ranch fifteen minutes away. From the first call, I had an interesting interaction with the receptionist who was convinced that I would need to pay for at least 8 hours of moving (including travel time from West Seneca to Depew.) She was constantly saying that they 'might not be able to move' everything on my list. I should expect them to 'not be able to finish,' etc. She asked if my husband 'would be willing to move things down the stairs from our second floor to the road' to expedite things. Um, I hate to be a pain, but I am paying you for that?
Anyway, they were the only company available the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and ended up finishing their trip/move in under 5 hours so I didn't spend as much as I planned (was around $490-550 with tips,) which was nice. And I got my furniture to my new house before visitors on Thanksgiving, I was really grateful for their availability.
They couldn't move my couch because it would not fit comfortably out of the apartment and since we were renting, they could not do it. I had to ask a friend to bring their truck and move the giant couch by ourselves. The movers were a little rough with some of my dressers (somehow in the move got a hole in the bottom of a drawer?) and the employees themselves were rough around the edges. They left moving blankets in my yard. I was appreciative for their time, but I ended up moving smaller stuff by myself due to budget restrictions and in the end I am not sure if I would use them again/recommend.Read more
