I had to move from the Bronx to Poughkeepsie and so I hired Pacero Moving. They showed up on time and were able to safely and quickly pack my stuff and I had alot of stuff from the second floor with two flights of stairs!! They got my stuff in my new place without a scratch or broken item. They were able to get my couch in my new place. They were so professional and great. I highly recommend them to anyone that is moving!!!

Called and they came the same day. 3 guys worked evening hours to get two people from different paces to one place. Loaded the truck and met me at the new location. They were fast and effective. Great service for real

I discovered Parcero Moving/Mudanzas Parcero when during the move-in of a neighbor of mine in down the hall. I live on the 5th floor of a prewar walkup, so I am well aware this was not an easy job at all. Since I was looking for a mover myself at the time, I asked the movers if they could share their contact information for me to inquire about a quote. They not only shared their info, but when they completed that job, the foreman of the project, Christian, (who I later learned was head of the company) actually went the extra mile to do a walk through of my apartment and provided a quote right then and there, saving me valuable time and money. He was kind, professional and straightforward in managing my expectations for my move. They offered competitive pricing and expert advice that helped save me unnecessary stress down the line. I decided right then and there, if this company was willing to climb up 4 flights of (exactly 77 steps) to move my neighbor in, and they were willing to do the job moving me out of the same floor, this would be the very company I would not hesitate to hire.
With the unpredictable nature of the times in this era of COVID, despite shifting of dates for our move, and even after my changing the pickup and drop off location of the move (after an unforeseen change in circumstances), Parcero Moving always met me more than halfway. Christian stayed in full communication with me every step of the way, responding to each and every question I had leading up to the move, through to the end. On the day of the move itself, Christian and his A-Team of movers, Giovanni and David, arrived promptly, ready to hit the ground running, with a very upbeat and pleasant demeanor. They worked swiftly and efficiently, were very careful in transporting all items, and as other reviewers have justifiably pointed out, what sets these movers apart from the rest is that they meticulously wrapped my Restoration Hardware (RH - high end) furnishings in layer upon layer of plastic protective wrap, ensuring that it would withstand the move and endure the test of time while in storage.
On a final note, I also want to mention two very important points... one is that you know the difference between a good company and an exceptional one when the inevitable snags or challenges arise, as they inevitably will with any move, even the most well-planned ones. When I ran about 1/2 hour behind due to my puppy having had an accident on the floor and delays in my walkthrough upon move out, they were so patient and understanding, and even helped me to troubleshoot a problem I was having with my lock upon arrival at the storage unit.
All in all, this moving company felt like more than your average mover. I truly felt like they valued my move as though we were family, and that brings me to my second point. This is a locally based/ family-owned and operated business, and they treat their clients as family. I am proud to have supported a small business who truly cares and employs their own and goes above and beyond in world-class service. This was truly NYC's essential workers at their finest hour. I have worked in the hospitality business, for corporate hotels and restaurants for decades, and moved a great deal in my life, and I am proud to support and recommend Parcero Mudanzas/Moving to all my family and friends, as well as networks across the City University of New York, and of course, will be adding them to my 'Favorites' list for future moves! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚡️✨📦📦📦📦Read more

I recently used mudanzas parcero they have exceeded my expectations! They had a comprehensive plan from the
beginning with promptly and began my move after making sure they spoke with me about my expectations. They wrapped everything, insuring my items wouldn’t be damaged in the process. They took care of my items as though it were their own. They even took my queen size bed apart! After packing the truck in record time, we drove to my new town home Jersey It literally took them 1 hour to unpack a 1 bedroom apartment. also Not to mention, they installed my queen size bed! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL You will thank me later!
