I Really don’t know where to begin.They picked up my things on 3/4/22. I was told that it would be delivered on 3/7/22, but there was a delay. Then I was told it would be delivered on Wed or Thur, the 9th or 10 th of March. Didn’t show up, called the office, and now I being told it would be the following week, that I was mistaken about the date. Keep in mind my wife and I are here in Florida, with just a few days worth of clothes and no furniture. The truck finally shows up on the 17th of March with just a driver. They hired some local guy to help, and he was in no condition to unload a truck. Needless to say, the truck was unloaded, and I think to myself that the nightmare is finally over. After a 1/2 a day of unpacking, my wife realized that our 5 gallon water jug, that was filled with coins, was practically emptied.

LOVE GIGI MOVERS. Service from the office as well as the guys on the truck were amazing. They moved quickly, carefully, and wore masks at my request. Price was great too. Highly highly recommend!

I had used them several times before and thought they were great. I have no idea what has happened since but they were absolutely awful. They not only broke several pieces of my furniture but they severally damaged my walls. The owner is so incredibly rude that he basically threatened me when I told him he had to compensate me for the very expensive table HIS WORKERS broke! He said since I didn’t buy additional insurance (that I was never offered) the basic insurance would only give me about 10 cents on the dollar for a $2k end table. He then took the table saying he’d have it repaired and get it back to me within a week. Well, it’s been three weeks and I’ve heard nothing from him. I am seriously considering taking him to small claims court if this isn’t resolved. Stay away from this moving company.

Great Experience, Great service. Owner of the business met with me and provided me with a booklet of helpful information. Three movers appeared on the day of move and they were 'at the top of their game'.: very professional in handling my property, furniture framed pictures and fragile glassware and did so in a very timely manner, saving me money. A job well done.

I have hired Gigi multiple times. And although there were complaints about doing the job they were hired for from some movers, the moves generally go smooth. They are a local company and their prices are reasonable. However after my last experience with them they will be receiving NONE of my business. I hired them to move to a recently purchased house. A month prior to the move I called and booked them with the owner, Tony. He called the day before to confirm the job, and I assumed that he had written down what I originally asked them to do.
On the day of the move, the workers were complaining and saying this was not the job they were hired to do. I called the owner, who informed me that he did not write down the original order and I should have called him AGAIN to reconfirm what I had wanted. He stated 'How did you expect me to remember?' I stated this to the workers who said that 'He is an old timer who is going senile. He does this all the time and does not know what he is doing.'. Regardless of the reason, due to the carelessness of the company, they did not send a truck large enough and we were required to rent a uhaul last minute. Their unprofessional and nasty (Tony the owner used several forms of vulgarity during our conversation) manner will cause me never to hire them again and I believe anyone who considers doing so should look elsewhere.Read more
