I wish I could give them zero star. One of the worst courier service. My parcel send from India to USA. My family give them on 28 March and now it's 16th April and still it's in transition and they charge a lot money. And if you want to reach customer care no service. And if you mail them , raise a query , they give no response. I just want to say every indian , please don't trust them and use another service .

I am very pleased to avail DTDC service while receiving the parcel in New York, sent from New Delhi. The parcel weighs 5kgs which was handed over to me in New York by 3days. I wish every good to DTDC and it's staffs.

The courier reached in time. However, the system is not perfect, the India folks don't use the same tracking number as on the USA AWB, causing issues.

My package was sent to Pune, it reached in a good condition. After reading reviews i was seriously worried about my documents, for which i had spent a lot. I had call with Sheleena and she confirmed it will be delivered within 5-6 days. I rarely write reviews, but this one i think i should share with all of you. Also tracking portal needs to be updated frequently which i found lacking in overall experience.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. If you want to get your shipments lost or damaged and get harassed where you will not get your claims or your shipments please work with DTDC. The most incompetent staff in NY office and all they want to do is harass their customers. I would love to file a law suit against them for first damaging my shipments, not approving my claim and on top of that holding my shipments and harassing me. They have no system or policies in place. There is no one to talk to in their office. NEVER NEVER WORK WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

They are doing illegal stuff. They changed the sender address which was my wife's school and the Document became invalid. (CGFNS did not accept them). How can one change a sender address from a Package.They might even have opened the package, since CGFNS was telling that the school shield was not there. I have never seen something like this in US. We should report them to the authorities. When I called them, the person on the line was rude and unprofessional. Her response was like, I do not care and she slammed the phone.
