My experience with Phoenix was extremely pleasant. There was no hidden agenda concerning pricing. Everything contractually was as stated and printed. The movers were respectful and courteous. They where also careful with the furniture as well as the delicate or fragile pieces. I can't really say enough, but I can say with confidence that if you're looking to make a move, Phoenix Movers will get the job done and you will be glad that you chose them. I certainly was!

Phoenix Express recently helped me with a local move from my home to a storage unit. Their communications were excellent; notices were sent 96 and 24 hours in advance, plus a phone call 45 minutes before arrival. Their crew of 3 was very courteous and respectful, and treated my belongings with care during the loading and unloading process. All furniture items were blanketed and shrink-wrapped so as to protectively cover all exposed edges, corners, and surfaces. They creatively and professionally stacked and packed everything so it fit well within available space in my storage unit. I have used several different moving companies over the past 40 years, but none have been the equal of Phoenix Express. I will definitely use them again when I move things out of storage.

I hired Phoenix Express to pack and move my things from an apartment into a house. I could not have been more pleased. Alyssa and Ashley expertly packed my possessions for Juan, Javier, and Erick to move. They were all polite, respectful, and careful. I’ve moved many times, including short- and long-distance moves. This was the best experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Phoenix Express moved me out of state in the snow and couldn’t have made the process easier. Beau was quick to schedule an inventory tour and provide a price. He was responsive every time I had questions and always easy to get in touch with. Javier and his team were phenomenal at protecting my furniture and setting everything up in my new house. I couldn’t have asked for a better team - thank you all!

Phoenix movers were awesome. Friendly, courteous, on time! We received their quote within 10 minutes of speaking with them. The movers were on time, very professional, wrapped every piece of furniture upon arriving & unwrapped & assembled every thing upon arrival. They placed everything where we wanted it & hauled away any trash! They stuck to their quote & NOTHING broken or damaged! Very pleased!!! Thank you Phoenix!!!
