The move place was incredible! They arrived early, were extremely careful and thorough and were in communication with me the whole time. My move had 3 locations and at my final one, they were very helpful with the best option for furniture placement. The owner was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and answered all of my questions. Their technology is easy and made paying and signing very easy. Highly recommend!!

Louis and his team were fantastic! They moved our stuff from two separate locations in the rain into our new house. They also set up our bed and furniture. They were super efficient and respectful of our floors and property. This is my second experience with The Move Place and we’ll definitely use them with my mother in law when she moves later this year. They’re the best!!!

THE MOVE PLACE! Called and got movers to me within 3 hours the same day! These guys are professionals. They were quick and efficient. No damage to any of my furniture or either apartment. I’d recommend them to anyone. Alex told me at the end he decided to work on his day off. Amazing

My husband and I just had Move Place complete a move yesterday. I want to express my disappointment with the quality of service with the move. I will say the movers worked very hard all day but damaged SEVERAL expensive items.
One of the movers tried taking the dryer off the truck ramp and it fell off the dolly and dented the dryer. We hope it will still work after we take from storage. Completely unacceptable. The gentleman told my husband not to tell his boss because he would get fired. We also had two $100 a piece leather bar stools worn on the corners due to a terrible wrap job. Our floor lamp - which the lead mover told us afterwards, rather than before taking it, they don’t usually take loose items. The lamp shade was ruined and the lamp doesn’t even stand straight anymore. Not to mention the stain on the back of my $3000 couch! I have moved at least 5-6 times before and have never had anything broken. This company contracts out movers and has the sorry 60 cent per pound reimbursement. Some of these may be minor to the company or other people, but when you spend your hard earned money to keep things nice, you want to keep it that way.
I’ve learned two things - if you want things done right, do it yourself and I will most definitely not be giving this company my business. Also, I am happy to post photos of the other damaged items once we get back to the storage unit and unpacked.Read more
