Had a wonderful experience with Eric and his team. Very affordable, the team were extra careful with all of the furniture and disassembled and reassembled the beds in each room. I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely, horrible customer service. I had damage done to valuable piece from my mother and they told me that they were going to pick it up and repair it? It was brand new, so why can’t they just pay me what it’s worth which is less than $100. Also, one of my bed frame was bent which I’ve had for almost 30 years and it’s a really expensive piece. Jenn was really rude, telling me that I was a vulgar and used vulgar language which I did not. I would not recommend this company to anyone who has anything valuable.

Horrible Customer Service! I reported a missing box to the owner and before I could even begin to explain the details he proceeded to tell me he hears this all the time (insinuating that I was lying) and began defending his movers. Luckily the storage facility has video footage of the move...otherwise there would have been no justice or fairness in the handling of this case. I do not recommend this company. Hire a company that appreciates and respects it's customers.

Just wrapped up our second move using this company, and both times went great! Cindy and Jenny did a great job packing up our apartment much faster than we could have hoped to and Gerzon's crew got us moved out and into our new townhome (with two flights of stairs) with great diligence. Would highly recommend!

From the first phone call to the final stage when they were done with moving what I had within the same location, The Wrightway Moving Company LLC and their staff and crew were professional, efficient, and courteous. I would use them for my future moving needs, and recommend them to others without hesitation when the opportunity arises.
