Easy to get an estimate. Coordinated with our realtor since we were not able to be there. No problems with the cargo and they neatly unloaded. Would recommend.

As always, John Ferguson Moving and Storage did an excellent job. This time it was to unload a rental truck that we brought from Ft. Worth. Have had them move numerous items for me and they have done many moves in town and across the country for friends. They are always courteous, professional and hard working. Never any time wasted and always take great care with what they are moving. I highly recommend them

Packers were timely and professional. Most packing was done, but they finished the job in one day. Loading and moving was the second day. Everything went smoothly. Just took quite some time only because our furniture is VERY heavy and large. Brought in second truck the same evening to finish loading everything. All items stored in their cold storage until we closed on the new house (a few days later). Unloading was quick, they came earlier than expected, which was fine, the new crew for unloading were extremely professional and efficient. The crew of four finished unloading everything and set up beds in five hours.
Nothing broken, minor dings on patio furniture and some artwork wasn’t wrapped as it should have been, but all is good. Only one incident but was resolved by management. I recommend using John Ferguson Moving for your next move.

Moving is always stressful. Working with a company that listens, is responsive and ensures quality service greatly reduces the stress. We hired John Ferguson to pack, load, store and deliver to two different locations just over 18,000 lbs of household goods. A complicated move.
We are a military family that has moved often and have seen the best and the worst of this industry. Our move with John Ferguson was hands down the best move we’ve ever had.
Our pack and load took a bit longer than usual as the crew was smaller than we’ve had in the past. They communicated well with us — showing up when they said they would and making adjustments when we felt things needed to be done differently.
Usually when our household goods have gone into storage we’ve seen a painful amount of damage. This time we only had almost no damage! Such a relief!
Our unload day went very smoothly and the team stayed until we were satisfied with every aspect.
At every turn I felt John Ferguson went above and beyond to ensure we were given top quality service.

A little common sense and courtesy goes a long way. My white T-shirts were packed on top of my shoes, mashed down sun hats, breaking items down without my permission, rushing me to sign paperwork after unloading because you’re hungry, mixing up random items that were no where near each other is just bad business. My number was blocked after I called to complain about what I’ve seen so far too. Do better!!!!
