Attitude of the movers was very unprofessional!! They take their time so they can charge you more. I asked to speak with management and a week later I have not received any contact. A one bedroom apartment took 7.5 hours. Unhappy customer!

Not only did they damage two of my items, but they also chose to park by the farthest elevator, despite me telling them to park by the one closest to my unit, thereby adding more hours to the final bill. They have been entirely unresponsive to the claim I submitted for the damaged furniture. They damaged my Peloton bike. Don't use this company unless you want your belongings damaged and you enjoy paying more money for poor service.

I dont know why people are on here but I've never had a bad experience with move pros in my entire life . I think people try to downgrade companies just because they themselves as customers are dumb. All this talk about 'DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY' GO ahead and use another company and really get screwed over! Kelly's prices are so reasonable and fair and she has some of the best men on her team, do not believe the bad reviews !! Move pros really are the best in the business 🙌 I will always use move pros company to move my items and always recommend anyone to move pros because of the quality of her teams work and ethic.

I didn’t realize how badly they damage some of my furniture. I hired them for 2 hrs to help move large items. I was working circles around the two guys to try and help speed the process. They damage several of my large items, mattress, couch, dresser, coffee and end tables. Then expected a tip after I was charged $530 for 2 hrs. DO NOT USE THEM.
