Mark and his team were great to work with. VIP Moving showed up on time, ready to work and were very professional. Their rates are very competitive to other moving companies in the area.

Have used Mark and his team twice. Once for a big move - 5 bedroom home. And once for a small move - 1 bedroom apartment. The experience was great both times. Highly recommend

I would give 6 starts if I could! VIP Moving Company did an outstanding job with my full-service move! They were on-time, professional, courteous, and careful. They communicated with each other constantly, so the move went smoothly. Rain came, it didn't slow them down a bit, and no one complained! And when the power went off at my house, they kept working, and never missed a beat. What's more, they all jumped in together to handle my 40-year old piano like it was as precious to them as it is to me. That meant a lot! The two men who supervised the work at different points, Mark and Alex, were incredibly knowledgeable and knew how to keep the momentum up. Their leadership set the time and expectation.
The only thing I would change would be this: if a door has to be removed, its hardware should be placed in a little Ziploc bag and tied to the door handle or taped to the door. Looking for the hinge screw slowed us down a bit today.
