So I set up a delivery for white glove. The deliver Company shows up with the sorry we missed you sign and placed it on the door and left. They did not knock. They ignored my calls sending me to voicemail 5 times. I messaged them and asked if they would return and responded no. So I contacted their office and after 30 minutes, camera footage, and screenshots of the voicemail and the text from them, they convinced them to return. Almost 5 hours later. The delivery company calls me back. They inform me they are on their way and to answer the door this time. They show up. Stand in front of our door. And tell us they do not assemble because it’s not their job to do so. Then. They bring the items inside. My husband tells them again they need to assemble it. They refuse and go to their vehicle and ignore my husband. After 30 minutes of them being rude and unprofessional toward my husband, my husband tells them to leave our property. The Coleman company calls me and informs me I’m lying. That didn’t happen. They would not refund. And provided no solutions.Read more

I did not move, but was scheduled to have a shipment delivered on a Friday. Took off work, and no shipment. They made no attempt to contact me. They had the shipment in their terminal for 2 days before. Would not reschedule changed delivery for the Monday afternoon because it was 15 minutes out of their window. Dealing with them made me think they are not a company you want to deal with. Very unprofessional. Even for a trucking company. Just be very cautious when considering these guys.

We had Blue Truck pick up some items for us in Dallas. They picked up our bed base, which was verified by the company sending the base. They also signed for all of the items including the base, indicating it was on their truck. We never received the base. It was over $11,000. When I called Blue Truck to find out what was going on, I was told they never moved anything for us at all from Dallas. I threatened to call the police. In fact, I did call the police. Well, surprise, they even came up with paperwork for the job. Yet, they continue to deny any responsibility for our missing bed base. In fact, the owner accused us of having the bed base. He said we probably had it and were just trying to get money out of him. How insulting and criminal. We have all of this in an email from him. Avoid this company at all costs. Listen to the reviews, they are true.
