These guys were very professional with moving our things. We had a lot of stuff, and they took the time needed to pack and unpack it correctly. The office was also very accommodating with our move in date was changed multiple times. We definitely recommend them!

My wife and I were very pleased with these guys. A couple other moving companies bid our cross-town move at $4000 and $2500. Jack and Jeff got it done for $950. The 2 guys worked hard and kept our furniture safe from the rain. To top it off, one of the dudes had a super sweet mullet. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Jack & Jeff Transfer Co. They showed up on time, All three movers were very polite & helpful. They worked there tails off through what was a long day of moving. Our belongings were all delivered in great condition. We will be calling them for our next move!

Do not use this company!!!! We had this company move us on 9/15/2020. Two individuals showed up. We only had 11 items to move and it took them 3 hours. They drag out to get more money. Top it off with they broke my safe open and stole my moms wedding rings. We told them the safe stays because we were packing our stuff to move to our temp house while ours is being built. They also stole a knife my son had ingraved for me while he was serving our country. I am still waiting for a call from the owner to resolve this issue. Its crickets right now. So in closing I made a police report and find out one of the guys has been arrested multiple times for robbery and theft. He has been charged for taking stolen property to pawn shops. I want my money back!!! how could you not run background checks on employees you are sending to peoples homes.

We used Jack and Jeff based on recommendation of a friend. Bad decision. One of their employees stole my husbands wedding band from a drawer in the bathroom. Contacted the company and the sheriffs office. No response from Jack and Jeff after numerous contacts.
In addition our furniture was scuffed and damaged. Never use this company!!
Totally frustrating experience.
Next week we celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary - no diamond wedding band. So wrong and unfair.
