I would absolutely hire Headway again. Their team (Alex, Stanley, Brian, and Gabe) was top notch and very conscientious about doing their job well. They worked two very long days and stayed cheerful and professional the whole time. Our move was slightly complicated as we were moving items out of our home of 20 years to two destinations: another home and a storage unit. It was a relief to get all the items to the right place and undamaged. They even organized the storage unit to make it easy for us to retrieve things that we needed from there! They also did a great job moving all the items without damaging the old home or the new one in the process. We opted for the fixed price move option and there were no issues or concerns with them honoring the quoted price, which can sometimes be an issue with moving companies.

We selected the three-person moving service for our move from South Florida to Central Florida. Our movers were Fritz as the team lead plus Dexter and Jordan. They arrived to our old home timely and did a walkthrough with us to understand what we needed moving. We were under prepared when they arrived so we created a lot of stress to our move, but Fritz and his team were very helpful the entire time. They asked questions when they needed clarifications. They loaded our things quickly and with great care. We worked in parallel to continue to pack more boxes as they were loading other things, and they were patient with us after they had loaded everything so that we could finish packing the final few boxes for them to load. Before closing the truck, Fritz and his team did a final walkthrough of our old house to make sure we got everything.
We were a little behind for our drive up as Fritz and his team got to our new home before us, but we communicated with each other during the drive so we could manage expectations for arrival. Once we arrived, Fritz and his team already had the truck set up ready to unload. The unloading to new home was as great as the loading from old home. We again walked through the new house to understand where each room is, so they were able to follow the labeling on the boxes to know where things go. Fritz and his team unloaded our things efficiently exactly how we wanted.
Fritz, Dexter, and Jordan were A+ movers and represented Headway Moving & Storage greatly. They made our 3-hour drive move so much better than we could have hoped. We highly recommend their service. Also a shout-out to Betty the moving coordinator who answered all our questions when we were choosing a moving company and made setting up the appointment as smooth as possible. Headway Moving definitely earned their 5 star review from me. They stuck to the estimated cost, were on time, wrapped everything carefully, and all my furniture was in great condition when placed in my home (even a baby grand piano).
Also important to me was that Fritz and his team were friendly and patient (even as I was apologizing for having them move something really heavy upstairs). One of the guys said “it’s ok! We signed up for this!”

Forever grateful for these two. Cj and Stanley arrived on time and got to work right away. They wrap up all of valuables, and each piece of furniture arrived to the new location safely. They were swift, attentive and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work guys and may God continue to bless you all.
