After telling me that they were going to properly package all my heavy / delicate furniture at their warehouse, they didn't. Many of said furniture suffered severe damage with ZERO accountability on their part. Tons of photos to support my statement. They left behind many items due to lack of space in the agreed container, after they were the ones suggesting the dimension of the container, and after picking my belongings in their own truck.
This is my fourth international moving, and the worst. Don't fall for a cheap price. It is a 'bait and switch' strategy. They will try to increase your price, and if not, they will send your belongings with almost no packaging or protection.
