Village Movers and Storage went above and beyond for my client. I contacted them to assist my Client with moving her belongings from Crystal River down to Clewiston Florida. Nate came out the following day to the property and met with me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made this process so quick and easy. Nate provided me a quote on the spot and we couldn’t be more grateful. The movers came out a few days later and packed up my clients house and delivered all of her belongings to her. I will definitely be calling Nate again for our next move. Cameron from the crew was also helpful and called me throughout the process to make sure he had removed all the items that was needed for the move. Now I am able to list my clients house since it is empty and I am a super happy agent. Thanks Nate!

This company is fantastic. Nate was a huge help in getting me set up and making sure everything was going to be executed smoothly. The crew, Ryan, Lee, & Gary, were nothing short of amazing. They were very friendly and went above and beyond. Handled everything with care. I cannot recommend this moving company enough!

Nate and his team were very professional and courteous. He kept us informed every step of the way. They delivered our goods in perfect condition and even helped place a few of them since they were heavy. I highly recommend using them if you need to move anything.

We had a move done today and couldn’t wait to give a review. Nate was our first contact who came to survey. He was such a nice person, very responsive and professional. We had such a great experience with the move and the team sent to us. Kameron, Kevin & Willis were excellent.
They were so courteous and kind and very professional. We are very happy and would highly recommend them and will use them again for all our moves.

I thought Nate and Village Movers and Storage were my night in shining armor. I just moved into my condo January 2022. A tornado remodeled my home on June 23. I had 24 hours to remove anything I salvage. Finding somewhere to do that was hard. Nate sent a crew out the next day and assured me my stuff will be stored in a single climate controlled unit. I also was advised I needed to purchase mattress covers to protect my beds.
After a long 7 months I was finally ready to move back into my home and requested my belongings to be delivered the second week of February.
This is were I feel everything went south, and my disappointment reached a new high.
My 6 month old mattresses arrived not covered, dirty, ripped and torn. The suggested solution was to hire someone to clean them, but nothing for the rips. Some kind of tape was used on my dresser and left tape residue all over the top. The solution for that was to clean it with goo gone, which does nothing for the stain that was removed with the tape. A majority of my boxes were crushed. And I did lose some of my personal property.
My rent was $250 a month, being only 8 days into February, I was still charged $250.
It’s been almost 8 months since the tornado and yet it seems to be the gift that just keeps giving.
I would also like to comment on the crews that came and delivered. My first crew were obviously last minute hired. It was a hot day that they came, and being charged by the hour, I’m pretty sure I paid an hours worth while they sat in the truck in the air conditioning. My home had no power at the time. Delivery crew were much more organized, and efficient.Read more
