Booking with John was wonderful. He was attentive, polite, and explained what each cost was. He gave us time to decide on our booking and was very polite.

Mike and Antonio did the loading, driving, hauling, and unhauling. I could marry the both of them - that’s how wonderful they were! They got everything done in less than the time we were quoted with no damage. They were polite and had us check everything over to make sure it was done well.

I will never use another moving company again now that I’ve worked with this team!

We recently moved with I-75 Moving. John handled all the emails, quotes, and questions I had with courtesy and professionalism. The movers were quick, and efficient. We bought them lunch for being so nice. However, our microwave stand and a glass table top are missing. I have called several times to find out where these items are, as I watched the movers load these items on the truck. They say they are not there, or at pick up. I am very disappointed because we trusted the company.

Movers were friendly but showed up late, didn't have mattress cover and ended up having dirt stains all along my mattress where they dragged it from the truck. I'm still working to get rid of those stains but I may need to just replace it. Several items marked fragile were found underneath other boxes. When I emailed the supervisor to discuss this, he just told me they saved me time/money during my move. Honestly, spend the extra $$ and get a mover that is well prepared and will take care of your items.

Working with this company was a dream come true!!! The employees were easy to get in touch with and so nice. I was worried about using a smaller moving company, but I will always be using I -75 from here on out. When I had a last minute change on the unit I was moving into the guys were nice and understanding. The crew ended up working to move all of my stuff into my apartment until around 11 pm. There was never once a complaint from anyone involved. The guys kept a very upbeat attitude & smiles on their faces. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!! Thank you I-75!!!!!!!

I had a horrific experience with this moving company over the weekend. I scheduled two weeks in advance, paid a $200 deposit. I received a confirmation email which I did not read thoroughly - my fault. When I checked the confirmation the day before my move, it said that if you did not sign an e-document the same day you make your reservation you will be canceled. I got no notification of being canceled. Despite being canceled weeks prior, my deposit had not been returned. I had no indication that I had been canceled. I called and Dave told me I was back on the schedule for 8am-10am. 9:45 comes on moving day and I have heard nothing. I leave Dave a voicemail checking on the status. I call again at 10am, once more at 11:15 with another voicemail. My parents came to help me move. I had my mother call assuming that Dave was ignoring my phone number. Sure enough, despite calling several times and leaving messages he calls my mother back (that simply hung up when no one answered) presumably because he thought she was new business. Movers finally show up at 11:45. The person moving into my condo was set to move in at 1pm which obviously was not possible. I have a small 1 bedroom, 800 sq ft condo. Only a bedroom set and a couple small pieces had to be moved. With an 8-10am window, I assumed I would be done by the time the movers actually showed up. This was the most stressful experience and I cannot express how unprofessional and rude Dave was. Knowing he was wrong, he simply ignored my phone calls - horrible customer service. Please save yourself the hassle and pay for a real moving company. Despite all of this, I have several dents in my new home from the movers handling the furniture carelessly.Read more
