If you have a smaller shipment, Air Service would be simpler and cheaper. Or, you perhaps need your shipment delivered as quickly as possible. The advantage of Sea Shipping is that it is charged only by the size of your packaged items, not by the weight. Sea Shipping does take longer to reach your destination, but if you have a lot of weight to send, this would be the most economical way to move your shipment. The communication from [Name removed by Sirelo] was absolutely pathetic. I confirmed a shipping date for a Monday, as of Friday before he had still not arranged it. He wasn't clear that I had to arrange my own pallet and have that already palletized on pickup. Then changed to say I had to deliver the goods 3+ hours away to have it palletized. He was rude and condescending all through my engagement. I went with a different shipper at the last minute because he was so unprofessional.

We shipped our personal items through There has been poor communication regarding our shipment, only providing updates upon request. There are repeated delays and usually zero explanation is provided. Prior to payment the company provided a shipping estimate of 6 weeks, but the shipment finally arrived at 21 weeks after drop-off. I asked for a partial refund but was told it was out of their control. Looking through reviews online I found others who had the same experience, so I doubt that this is repeatedly out of their control. The shipping took approximately 19 weeks. The final two weeks were due to customs, it would have been nice if they would have provided me ANY information about customs prior to shipment to smooth the transition. Approximately half of our shipment is children's clothing which no longer fits them and/or is the wrong season. We have had to buy much new clothing, obviously at our expense. Would not recommend unless you're okay with your stuff arriving 6 months late.Read more
