I would give it 0 star, since i dont have an option i am giving it 1 star. Absolutely pathetic service. Very unfortunately my organisations has a tie up with Brauns so i am forced to use it. My experience is with international movement.My experience we had email where we decided the dates and a team from my local picked my all my items and once picked after 2 weeks i am getting emails in which they are requesting for documents like passport, kvr/ residence permit for both the countries and they are asking for a letter which asks where i was working previously or bank statement i don't understand why do they even need it, when i asked for the same they are telling me they need it for custom clearance. When i used some other local international movement it was very easy and very cheap, like close to 7 to 8 times cheaper. Now after my experience I feel like they are doing something which is illegal for sure.
I suggest if you are reading my review then try to avoid it if you have international movement.

They only care of money. No service. More than 6 weeks delay. They cancel the date of our delivey (which was at the warehouse of their partner since two weeks) because they had a last minute invoice for expenses that they had incurred a month ago. We immediately sent the proof of payment but they can not accept that so, even though it was their fault, they call off the delivery. Our only contact was a trainee that was not trained, was not willing, to look for a solution. They do not care about their customers.i would suggest everybody to look for a more serious company.
