Palmer were incredibly responsive to my special needs to ship a library of books. They did what they said, and said what they did. And the overseas container was booked and arrived within a week or so of arranging the contract. Their packers were brilliant and their partners in the UK Bishop Move were equally fantastic at unpacking. Nothing was damaged in transit. All pros knowing what they were doing and very polite.
