This company is a broker, meaning they will subcontract the pickup and delivery, which they have no control over. Both parties will attempt to extort you for more money based on extra large items, long carry, if the wind blew out of the south that day. Read the fine print, pre-pay for all “extras”. I did not pay any extras because I read the agreement. But I was still unhappy with service because I gave them nearly 2 weeks to travel 850 miles (they have a limit of 500 miles/day) and they still were a week late with the delivery. At least no major damage; just 1 box with a hole in it the size of your fist.
