From my first enquiry, to the final delivery of my belongings in New Zealand, everything went smoothly. [Names removed by Sirelo] were my contacts in the USA and coordinated the packing and kept me up to date on a weekly basis as to the progress of my shipment. The 3 packers arrived on time as scheduled, were very polite and efficient. [Name removed by Sirelo] was my contact once my goods arrived in Auckland, and coordinated their delivery to my new home. The delivery was effected by two very polite and efficient men, who unpacked and removed all packing materials. Nothing was missing or broken in transit. Reviews of shipping companies are fraught with horror stories; my experience with Crown Relocations could not be further from that. I’d give Crown, and everyone that I dealt with a 10/10 from beginning to end.
