They were slow, unprepared and charged us the additional
Time to deal with that unpreparedness. They claimed my LG C1 oled TV from 2019 was something they’ve never seen before and too new, they took paid time to go get boxes to move it, even though all of this was in our agreed items list. They asked if we had any moving supplies they could use, and they used up all our rolls of packing tape. And in the end came out 600 more expensive than the commercial moving company. They were late and mentioned nothing about it.
They also scratched the building
Also clearly was a contract company hired to do the moving for them. They did not know it was a walk up nor did they know what times were being moved and employees grumbled about it the entire time. they put their ads stickers on our building.
They lost a portion of our floor lamps, a glass part the wraps around the bulb, but my wife and I didn’t want to deal with them a second longer so we just had to throw away the floor lamp.
That move was in the summer and I’m still finding things dinged up. Worst experience, truely regret it.Read more

We had to get our Pod unloaded and delivered to our new apartment. Abreu Movers Bronx not only accommodated us on a two-day notice, but they were also very flexible with the time. The team of movers was exceptional, working hard and fast while ensuring the safety of all our belongings. My experience with Abreu Movers in Bronx was excellent when I relocated across the country. From the staff who handled my estimate and scheduling to the crew that moved me out, to the crew who handled my long-distance issues, to the crew who moved me in, everyone was helpful chevalier. They were extremely accommodating and professional. My items arrived fast, in excellent shape, and at a reasonable price. Thanks a lot!
