He helped me with my keys when I would’ve paid SO much more at a dealership. Very thankful for his time and skill. Highly recommend.

The owner was amazing on the phone and made me feel so at ease. He was extremely direct yet explained everything thouroughly. The whole process was so efficient and quick I would definitely use this company in my next move!

Nice guys and accommodating, but that's where the positives end. They were hired to move a single piece of equipment up 3 flights of stairs, and were given written specifics about size and weight of said object. We discussed how it needed to be moved, and what it would require. They said they would send 4 guys. On the day of the move, 3 guys showed up and were completely unprepared for the task at hand. I had to intervene because they had no idea what they were doing. While they were initially supposed to lift it with mover straps as discussed on phone and email, we wound up strapping it to a dolly because they didn't have straps and seemed completely unaware of how to go about doing it that way. Two of the guys they sent were way too small for the job, so as to be useless. One of them started complaining halfway through he had thrown his back out. I wound up doing most of the work, together with the one guy on the crew who was an actual mover. The other two had a single hand on it each and were complaining, I was between the two of them leaning into it with my shoulder. When we got to the top of the stairs, they said they needed a large tip, even though the whole thing took less than an hour and I had to do a lot of the work. Not recommended for anything more than a few boxes.Read more

Their rates are rather competitive (4 guys for $112/h) and they work fast. My 1br was done in three hours. However, it was difficult to communicate and they moved a few things I had labeled to not be moved. I didn't realize until after the move that they had missed two cabinets in my bathroom when packing. They also complained about a 20% tip. I had read online that 5% was normal. I wanted to give them more since they moved me from a 4th floor walk-up with some large and difficult items. So I was surprised when they complained. I ended up giving them a 30% tip. Still, given their low rates and quick work, the total move was much cheaper than it would have been with many other outfits.
