Nice guys and accommodating, but that's where the positives end. They were hired to move a single piece of equipment up 3 flights of stairs, and were given written specifics about size and weight of said object. We discussed how it needed to be moved, and what it would require. They said they would send 4 guys. On the day of the move, 3 guys showed up and were completely unprepared for the task at hand. I had to intervene because they had no idea what they were doing. While they were initially supposed to lift it with mover straps as discussed on phone and email, we wound up strapping it to a dolly because they didn't have straps and seemed completely unaware of how to go about doing it that way. Two of the guys they sent were way too small for the job, so as to be useless. One of them started complaining halfway through he had thrown his back out. I wound up doing most of the work, together with the one guy on the crew who was an actual mover. The other two had a single hand on it eac
h and were complaining, I was between the two of them leaning into it with my shoulder. When we got to the top of the stairs, they said they needed a large tip, even though the whole thing took less than an hour and I had to do a lot of the work. Not recommended for anything more than a few boxes.Read more
