Fraud warning
Even after heavy warning and repeating pattern by them, its sad to see more reviews coming up every week with new victims. The pattern is the same and i read other reviews below and even the way they deal with customers complaints is the same. This biz needs to stop operating full stop.
Be very careful with this company - they will quote you something very low and then force charge you by hours - I was quoted me 1400 and then was charged extra 400 dollars. They will refuse to continue unless you pay more. Took 3 hours to get to my apartment and claimed those hours are chargeable hours. Also demanded I pay for the hour they will need to get back to queens where their office is. Incredibly interesting pricing policy where they have full discretion over what they want to charge you. Honestly, they will stop unloading half way through unless you pay more.
Re- the reply below, 100% incorrect, I had two hours left on my paid services and I have a voice call recording of the manager saying I have to pay 1hr charge for the time required for the movers to get back to queens.
One way or another, at least for me I will never use this place again, and I also think the 3.6 star rating here is manipulated - 60% allocation on 5 star and 40% allocation on 1 star doesn't seem right.Read more
