Amazing company, made it so easy for our move to happen, and at a pretty good price as well. Anastacio and his crew were amazing! They carefully wrapped everything and took such great care of our stuff! Highly recommended!!!

If there was an option to give zero stars and post a review I would! Not only was the move out of my Grandmother’s house of forty years difficult for our family after the passing of my Grandfather but it was also very expensive for the work that was provided. The movers expected meals and beverages throughout the day along with a large tip that was made to seem mandatory. During the move there were five men who rushed and complained knowing how fragile, heavy, and valuable my Grandmother’s belongings are. All boxes were clearly labeled “fragile” and “glass”, not only were was that completely disregarded after the countless reminders but after boxes being thrown and stacked clumsily and inadequately many things ended up broken. Once the movers were through in New York and began the journey to New Jersey the crew that began at five men went down to three after what seemed like a heated argument over splitting the tip that they did not deserve. Once the three men made it to the destination they threw boxes around and had no respect towards my Grandmother’s belongings. As we have began unpacking in her new house many sentimental items have turned up broken and not fixable. Not only is she desolate over her husbands passing giving up the house she built her family in but now she is losing more parts of herself due to shattered glass found throughout the boxes. All of this to say my whole family is very disappointed with the services of this company.(photos included were only sum that we were able to photograph without cutting our hands from broken glass)Read more

High Touch gets five stars from me. After having to move to a different state nearby sooner than I had anticipated, they went out of their way to accommodate the transfer of some of my belongings from my old town to my new home, even though I couldn’t be there when they needed to load. Everyone was very courteous and extremely expedient in getting the move done. Super high rating from me for everyone from office staff to the guys that did the actual loading, driving and unloading.
