UK office were excellent. Prompt in responding to questions. Kept to their schedules. US office in New York fumbled delivery due to inexperienced oversea moving coordinator. Scheduled delivery 4 different times, subcontractors they hired were out of their league and brought young inexperienced men to help with the he job. I am still left with furniture wrapping in my garage that were to be cleared by the company per our contract.
