Movers showed up on time and moved our entire house quickly and carefully. They wrapped each piece of furniture separately and moved them with care. They were really good at following instructions at new house as far as which rooms everything belonged in. If I ever move again definitely calling MRA again. Thanks guys

Moving Right Along, also known as MRA, offers excellent phone call service, but I have concerns about their service during the process of moving in and out of storage. Each time you wish to retrieve items, you need to schedule a specific time within the week, and there's an attempt to impose charges, despite the fact that the items are crammed into a small 5x8 locker. We recently switched to a more affordable storage facility that provides access from 7 am to 7 pm every day of the week, along with climate control. The cost to move out from MRA was $250, just to have our belongings brought to the curb.
Unbeknownst to me, MRA never offered the option to purchase the blankets used to cover our furniture. This seems counterintuitive from a business standpoint, as it would be logical for them to sell these blankets and acquire new ones. Interestingly, these blankets are available on Amazon for $75 for a set of 12. My suggestion is to procure these blankets prior to moving items into storage, ensuring the protection of your belongings. The same principle applies to mattresses; Amazon offers durable mattress covers designed to prevent damage during the moving process. Investing in your own blankets and mattress covers for your possessions is a wise decision.
During our move out, some of our furniture suffered damage because MRA removed the blankets, leaving certain items uncovered. It's crucial for them to regularly re-evaluate and enhance their training and coaching for the entire moving staff to ensure better service during the moving in and out processes.Read more

Highly recommend whether you’re moving or storing your furniture/items. My family and I sold our house and needed to not only move but also store our belongings for 10 months. The move was simple, easy, and the team was super delicate with all our furniture. Moving right along stored our furniture/items in a dry temperature controlled environment for the entire time. I can’t thank them enough for moving our furniture out and storing and moving to our new home. When we moved in it was raining and the team made sure everything was clean prior to leaving. I highly recommend this team and company.

The movers showed up as promised and explained in detail the procedures they were going to perform. They were all approachable and professional. The packed up my belongings on Wednesday in New Jersey and hauled everything away on Thursday to my new residence in New York. I recommend them without any reservations. This is an excellent company And they will get the job done!

We had Moving Right Along move us from our co-op apartment into our first home on 9/15 and everything went so smoothly without any hiccups! They made sure to wrap our furniture and package any last minute items. Everything was moved with no damage. We couldn’t be happier with how it went.
