Everything went pretty smoothly. I just wish they used the POA to submit all the docs fedex kept requesting. We had to manage that all ourselves which was annoying and slowed things down.

Not the cheapest option but Logostics were incredibly helpful, providing guidance and forms for customs etc.
I had one point (person) of contact helping me through the process and response was quick and to the point.
If I were to do this over, I would still pick Logistics for my move.

When opportunity came knocking I went shopping, on moving companies of course! After receiving an overwhelming amount of phone calls only one really stuck out and it happened to be Logicstics. It was the most informative conversation I had regarding such a big move from CA to Ireland!! Extremely knowledgeable and just really had it together so I felt more comfortable. The pickup was uneventful, no issues, great movers, they handled my things with lots of extra care. Same went for delivery. Very respectful of my home and my things. I really appreciate all that Logicstics has done for me and my new life here in Ireland!

While we electronically upload all of the shipment documentation we receive, the couriers brokerage department may still require documents, information, or confirmation directly from the consignee, even when a POA has been provided. Unfortunately, those requests are outside of our control and can sometimes add extra steps to the clearance process.
Thank you for your patience throughout the shipment and for sharing your experience. We’ll continue looking for ways to better prepare our clients for these additional requests so the process is as straightforward as possible. Wishing you well in Spain!
