The sales rep with whom I worked was very nice and patient, but everything else about the process has been shocking. There has been absolutely no communication about the status of my goods since they were picked up. Every couple weeks I contact them and get some sort of follow up. My shipment was originally scheduled to take 12-14 weeks. After 8 weeks I began to press for an ETA, and was told it would take ANOTHER 10 weeks but they'd get me an exact ETA... two weeks later I'm still waiting for clarity. Will update on the status of the items and the quality of the packing if/when they ever arrive.

This moving experience was handled by consummate professionals from start to finish. Our point-of-contact representative could not have been more efficient, calming and capable. Thanks, [name removed by Sirelo]! From preliminary inquiries via email and telephone, through frequent follow-ups and right to the day of the overseas delivery, all our questions and concerns were handled thoughtfully, thoroughly and immediately. The moving company representatives who came to our home in the U.S. made an excellent job of packing our belongings. Before leaving, they even took the trouble to estimate our pallet-size and reassured us that our shipment would be the size we projected. At every stage of the shipping journey, we were promptly notified as to the location and status of our possessions. From truck warehouse to port, from ship to European shore, through customs to European trucking-line right to our doorstep in Portugal, EuroUsa and Global Shipping remained proactive in maintaining communication with us. Even the delivery men who brought our shipment into the house were careful, and cared for our goods as if they were their own.
