Terrible experience with Reasonable Moving Services. The movers were unprofessional, arrived late, and mishandled my belongings. Communication was a nightmare, and hidden fees popped up during the process. Definitely not what I expected from a company called 'Reasonable.' Would not recommend.

Although these guys were friendly, I felt I was over charged. First thing, I asked for two men and they sent three which cost more money. Then they took 5 hours to move a small storage to another storage. After all of that I was quoted one price of $530 and then when I explained I had to go get more money I was then told it would be over $600 on top of these guys asking for a tip. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I am handicap and in a wheelchair which doesn't make matters any better. This is one company I will not use again.

I hired this company in July of 2023. My experience with scheduling was great! They were very responsive and followed up daily. Trouble began on the day of the move. Theu were over 3 hours late. I asked for 2 movers and 3 showed up. I was told since there 3 men I HAD to pay for 3. Everything was packed and wrapped. All they had to do was load and unload the truck. One gentleman took several breaks to use the restroom on my time. When it was time to leave they needed to stop and get gas and snacks...Again, on my time. The commute from one place the other was 30 mins. 2 of the 3 gentleman had a plan and attempted to work it. The 3rd older man just would not go with the flow. He needed someone with him for everything. It took them 8 hours to load and unload a 2 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture. I forgot to mention they left 25 percent of my furniture at the house. Not to mention I had broken glass and scratched furniture. I hired another crew to move those items. I contacted this company and expressed my concerns. He asked me to have the movers call him. I never heard back from him. When I called he didn't answer. I left messages and no response. My tab was over $1k. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE FRAUDRead more

The guys (I think Antonio, and Gary) that assisted with moving my belongings, were Awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful. It's a black owned business which I do my best to support. I wish I had more funds to give as a tip. I would definitely be using Reasonable Moving Services again in the future. Ive been referring Reasonable Moving Services since yesterday to my professional friends. I am Extremely Happy with their/your service.

Worst movers ever!!! Stole some of my belongings! Some had ankle monitors and did not see at first. That was more than enough for me to cancel. Complained that they had to go up stairs. Wanted to sit around and not work. Just the worst movers I e experience in my life! And they kept raising what they originally told me they would charge. When I tried to ask for my belonging the wanted proof Which I did. They didn’t want to reimburse me and when they did it was a fraction of what it was worth. Not just that but it was a heirloom artifact. Just disappointed and very unprofessional of them to conduct business this way. Please do your research with them. Never again. If I could give negative rating I would.
