I hired them for a cross country move from Texas to Colorado, and had major issues with them moving my baby grand piano. They agreed to move it, and I advised them of the one flight of stairs at my destination. On move day, the two movers who showed up appeared surprised and unprepared for the piano, had to call their boss to get help to disassemble and load it, and the owner told me they couldn’t move it up a flight of stairs. I referenced the emails which showed I told them about the flight of stairs, and the piano, and he tried to put it back on me because I had booked months ago and provided the information on the flight of stairs when I received it, after I signed my lease- well in advance of the move date. Their booking person said it was fine for me to give them more details once I got it. When the movers got to Colorado, the owner said he had to hire two local Colorado movers to help them get it up the stairs, and said he could either charge me $500 or put it in my garage. He s
aid he couldn’t take this hit as a business owner, and passed on the cost to me, for his company’s error. I wish I could give a better review, as the movers themselves were excellent, but the whole debacle with moving my piano is completely unacceptable, and the unprofessional response was really disappointing.Read more
