0 Star for them. I guess they are not professional. They work from 8am to 5pm CST Mon - Fri. The transportation industry is OFF on the weekends & after 5 pm according to these guys. If you have a load after 5pm you are stuck at the border till the next day. Unprofessional, they dont have after hours help like other brokers.......

Would be 0 stars if it was a possibility. This is the worst customs broker i have ever used. Had a truck sit at the border for 2 days because they are only open Monday to Friday. There is zero after hours support because apparently trucking only happens on weekdays. Broker gave me his number and said if there are any issies give me a call. Called emailed and left several messages. He just ignored me all weekend. Worst customer support ever!!!!!!!!
