I'm a very goofy person and high energy. I get people have bad days but never talk to a customer who's trying to trust you like this. I was making small talk and trying to laugh and relate to the person who answered my call. He was very, very rude. I quote him ' are you going to tell me about you and where you work or are you going to make the appt. I'm not going to put up with you.' Then he hung up the phone. Its so weird how even if you're a happy person, you come off threaten to people who are bitter. I expected this type of treatment due to me if I were being rude. I'm learning everyday that my type of personally does not belong in this world. I'm scared to call back or use them for help. They might hurt me or remember where I live and do something crazy. Best Careful with people who are bitter and you want to move your things. You never know. If it was up to me I wouldn't give them any stars due to the dull pit in my stomach after he hung up on me.

I am SO thankful I found A Rating Moving. Their service was great and it only took the 2 young men 20 MINUTES to get all my furniture and boxes out of my house (2 story home) and into the truck! I was blown away and the cost was SO worth it (even though the price was very reasonable to start). Granted, I did not have much to move - 4 largeish furniture items (bed frame, mattress, small kitchen table, box spring) and a clump of boxes. I would recommend this company to everyone, I am so glad I found them!! The prices of other companies were absurd, esp since I did not have much to move. Thank you, A Rating Moving! I will need your help again in the future!

Updated Review: At first I was not pleased but the owner reached out to me directly to make sure the concerns and problems I was having were resolved. It rained on the day of the move so he automatically sent 3 men instead of 2 just to be sure I was taken care of and called me personally on my move in day to be sure it went smoothly. I would recommend for sure! You can tell he cares about his business and his customers.

This is my second time using this company and they are great! Dennis was highly professional, the team was timely, fast , careful with my items, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I absolutely suggest using this company.

I’m super satisfied - I worked with Diego team. My items where already pack and ready to go, no loose items, however, they where VERY organized on time and priced right. I have very heavy furniture it was handle with care.1 bed room apartment under 3 hours including travel and yes! I tip very well. I definitely recommend.
