Paid for delivery and installation of a fridge but refused to install claiming they were liable if anything happened to the fridge after they install it. Makes zero sense. According to Katy they don't do installs on refrigerators that are going to have custom panels. I wasn't asking them to install the panels I was asking to install the fridge. Needless to say, don't recommend.

I have commercial projects all over the US and Caribbean. Working with Jones Moving and Storage has been the best experience I have ever had with a receiving, storage and installation team. The entire team across the board were professional, organized, efficient and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough good things. Look no further whether you need this service for a residential move or long term project.

They lie and don't care about you. I drove 10 hours to meet them and get my washer. They opened my washer by accident and tried to deliver it to another house and damaged it. So they canceled my delivery. They rescheduled to deliver it and now are saying someone has to be there to sign although they never told me that. Hire another company that works to find a solution.

My delivery men, Gino and Carlos, were very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They came earlier than expected and placed and setup my refrigerator and removed the old one in around 15 minutes. I was very pleased

Gino and Lupe showed up on time.Performed installing a side by side fridge with water line. They were done in about 30 minutes since arriving. They were very knowledgeable about the product and the maintenance. I would recommend these two any day!!!
