They had a complete inventory of things but had to leave things on the list because they didn't have room. They left a washer and dryer, a queen bed, a TV, a book self, and a commercial sewing machine. Do not use them

Do not go with this company! This is a scam. When I first booked I was promised that I would not be charged any extra than I was charged. I moved less than 500 miles away and still did not get my items on time with the drop off date I provided. When they get to your apartment (if you are moving to one) they will charge you extra just to unload. They also will not unload your belongings until you have paid them the extra money. I was also charged over $1600 and I had no furniture and less than 30 boxes to move. Also, most of my items were missing and/or stolen. If I could give them 0.1 stars I would.

The team and Wise Moving is awesome, I cannot recommend them enough! We had a unique move where we need to move into storage and then move three months later. They took care of all of it for us at a great price, and with excellent service. Pam, Gavin, and the rest of the team were responsive and took great care of our belongings. If you're looking for movers who will be efficient and take care of your home like it's their own, then Wise Moving is who you need to call. They are totally worth every penny we paid.

We had a great experience with Wise Moving Company! Mike, Danny, and George were excellent movers and they were fun to be around as well! Super professional and knowledgeable. They took really good care of our items but were also very efficient. They moved a 2400 sq ft house in less than 5 hours. I really appreciate their hard work and their enthusiasm on the job. I would 100% recommend Wise Moving Company to anyone needing to move in DFW! Thank you to Mike, Danny, and George!

I recently used Wise Moving to move from Irving to Dallas. I was very happy with the process. They were one of the few companies to give me a fixed quote based on inventory. They gave good communication throughout the scheduling process, and on the day of the move they called me when they were heading over and arrived on time. The crew were professional and polite. I thought they did a pretty good job, I understand it's tough lifting heavy/large furniture up 2 flights of stairs, and there were minimal bumps to the walls and floors. Lastly when there was a billing dispute, Wise honored their original pricing and corrected it in a timely manner. I know experiences can vary with your moving crew, but mine went smoothly and I would recommend them.
