Tough guys moving is an EXCEPTIONAL company! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and they are also quick, efficient, respectful and accommodating as well. They have professional equipment and genuinely take care of your belongings as if they were your own. 10/10 would recommend this company for anyone moving in Lubbock or even long distance, I know I’ll be using them again when the need arises!!

Tough Guys moving did exceptionally well for my wife and I in our recent move. The price they quote us to pack and move us about five hours away was quite reasonable, and the final total came in about $200 over the estimated price, but still well below the maximum we were told we could be charged for the job. They showed up on time the first day to work on getting the house packed up, and by the end of the day had almost filled one of the trucks. The second day they were an hour late because one of their crew had called off, and they let me know right away what was going on. Even a man down, they got the rest of the packing and loading done that day. The third day they showed up at the house on-time and had everything unloaded by 4:00 PM (essentially a 2600, 4 bedroom house worth of stuff). We're still unpacking, but haven't yet found anything that was damaged. All of the people I talked with, including the office support, were very polite, respectful and professional. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat for a future move. Robert especially was great to work with as he coordinated the crews doing the packing, loading and unloading. Kudos to Tough Guys!Read more

Couldn’t be happier with how Tough Guys Moving handled our move from Artesia, NM to the Minneapolis area! Cale & Chris were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient! They expertly loaded the moving truck with all of our furniture and boxes; it was a tight fit to get everything in but they managed it. We were surprised it only took them about 5 hours to load the truck from our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house {plus shed & garage} – proving their efficiency and work ethic. They handled our possessions with care and everything was unloaded to our storage unit in the same condition it was loaded. Additionally, the cost was extremely reasonable; it wasn’t much more than we paid for a cross-country move from PA to NM 4 years prior. Exceptional value & service – we highly recommend Tough Guys Moving!

Incredibly disappointed. My husband and I booked movers from 12-3 on Saturday and they never showed up. We waited until 1:30 pm to call, no answer. Finally at 2:45 we received a call back saying the job they were on was taking longer than anticipated and they were unable to come today. We were originally quoted $265 for the first two hours and $165 for every hour after that. My
My husband very kindly compromised and asked for a discount ($200 for the first two hours) if they came on Sunday. Tough guys movers refused to give a discount despite their lack of communication, and professionalism. The person with the answering service said “$200 won’t get my guys out of bed.”
Do NOT use this service as they are unreliable and inconsiderate.

These people are not professional movers. They loaded 2 trucks with my property for a 290 mile move within Texas. When they arrived at the location I was moving to, they would not unload until I signed a ' document.' After they unloaded, they were gone. It was then that I discovered numerous items were either heavily damaged or destroyed. Too late to point the damage out to the movers, but I'm sure they arranged it that way.
