In January of 1995, Quality Services Moving & Delivery opened their doors with a single truck and a few experienced veterans, determined to make an impact on the packing and moving industry. Hard work, long hours and dedication to successful moves for our clients has fueled the company's growth success for 25+ years.

Quality Services Moving stands out in the marketplace due to our industry professionals promoted from within. Our entire managerial staff has years of experience on job sites working with our clients. Our direction and managerial style are based on the best practices that meet our client's needs.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Quality Services meets all State & Federal Insurance and Liability requirements in the US. The items included in each shipment vary so greatly that each client chooses how much damage protection reimbursement they wish to receive. Released Valuation all the way up to Full Valuation can be chosen by each client thus customizing the fees and exposure that's best for them.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Best advice to customers moving, keep notes of important items, groupings, expectations and pitfalls associated with a move they have coming up. Communicate these things to your moving company in order to plan for success and ensure your experience is going to fully satisfy your needs. When you combine the forethought from the client and the deliverables on the part of a great moving company, you will have the most successful move.

Very professional, carefully packed everything and a great pleasant team to work with. Highly recommend. The pack-out team Gigi, Monica & Jesuany were fantastic and professional. The movers, Jose, Oscar and Jose were prompt professional and packed our things beautifully.

It wa from beginning to completion a pleasure. Be patient, catastrophes and insurance work require patience and communication. This team will help you. Stay calm and participate. It will really help with getting through it to the great end result. Would highly recommend the whole team. We are back to our beautiful basement.

The moving crew. Joel,A. , Javier P, Jose R were absolutely awesome. They Showed up before time and worked hard the entire time. They ensured everything was wrapped properly and moved very efficiently. I recommend them for any customer.

Crew was on time and completed the work on schedule. For the drop off leg, the crew was very hardworking and careful. The crew chief, Juan, is a master at getting large heavy items through tight spaces. Excellent leadership, team work and obvious pride in their work. Strong effort that contrasts very well with other companies from previous moves. Polite, friendly, and hard working.

I’m impressed by the quality of service and in awe of the efficiency and collegiality of Matt, Camila, Juan F, Stephan, Tyler (?), and Jose R. They arrived on time, worked hard and collaboratively, communicated well with me, and cleaned up after themselves. I expected an all-day experience and they finished their work in 3 hours! And to top things off, Jessica, Monica, and Desta were near by and helped out too. I have never had a better experience in 30+ years of moves!
