I would not recommend this moving company at all.
If I had a choice, I wouldn’t have used this company based on its Google reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t have an option because this company partnered with Planes Moving & Storage, which I had originally contacted to move my items from Seattle to another country.
Two packing agents came to pack our items, and we were impressed with how fast they worked. However, they didn’t speak any English, which made communication extremely difficult and frustrating. Every time we had a question, one of them had to call someone from their company who spoke Spanish, and that person would translate English to us over the phone.
I remember seeing my artificial plants being packed, but they never arrived at my new home. After speaking with the coordinator from Planes, I found out that the plants were mistakenly listed as live plants and voided from the inventory list—even though I had told the packing agents they were artificial. Despite my clarification, I believe they threw the plants away before loading my items into the shipping container, without my consent or any double-checking.
Additionally, a cabinet they packed and moved was damaged.

Great and couldn't ask for a better PCS move experience/process. The moving crew (Tiu, Jack & Victor) were very professional/friendly and ensured my wifes and I personnel items plus my gear were packed & handled carefully & properly. Tiu (Lead) explained everything and ensured everything was annotated on the inventory sheet.

They are not equipped to handle moves. They are so short staff and sent warehouse guys to do our move, took extra days beyond their contract, managed to break high value items, scraped up doors, hand prints all over walls and furniture, dragged dog poop into my house ans I have yet to hear back from them about coming out and making it right. According to their own contract, they had 7 days to do that. They have done nothing, claiming that we did not file paperwork. Paperwork that I have carbons for.
Utterly useless. Stay away from them at all costs.

Let me just start that this place shouldn't even be an option. Since the move in date they have been very unprofessional and very rude on the phone. No busy should ever answer the phone with a simple hello. No business name or nothing. Several of our stuff was broken like kids just threw our stuff around. We have a whole box missing and nobody even cared to look for it. We was told to contact the company when we was done unpacking to come get the boxes and they have say in the hallway for 2 weeks and it already 100 boxes. So I would not recommend this place to nobody and personal they shouldn't even be a company.

DO NOT USE THEM. Just don't do it. They were careless with my items during packing, lazy to appropriately label the boxes. In many cases did not wrap ANYTHING inside the boxes. They failed to plastic wrap wooden furniture, which resulted in excess damage. Refused to wrap my dining chairs which had white upholstery, which lead to multiple having stains. The destination moving company told me that this shipment had the most damage than any they have seen in the recent past. They brought the wrong size truck on move day and another one had to come from Everett (over 1 hour away). The movers didn't bring food/drinks for an all-day job. My wife made them food from our food supplies that we were going to eat on our cross country move. Even with our kindness they were rough and careless with our items from the moment they arrived until they left. This was by far the worst move experience I have had in my 11 years in the military. Please strongly consider hiring a different company. I claimed over $3,000 in damages from their blatant carelessness.Read more
